Thomas's obituary

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Thomas "No" Watson, who left us peacefully on January 29, 2024, following a life lived with warmth, kindness and deep love for his kin. Born on May 10, 1961, Thomas, also fondly known as No, was a beacon of light in the lives of many, ever ready to share his wisdom and express his love.

Thomas leaves behind a large and loving family who will uphold his legacy of kindness and brotherhood. His sister, Debra Watson, and his brothers, Tommie Watson, Eric Watson, and William Watson, will remember him as a source of inspiration and a guiding light in their lives. His loving father, Homer Watson, his adoring niece, Vicki Watson, and his uncles, Patrick and Napoleon Apologium Watson, will continue to remember him in their hearts, carrying on his lessons and the love he shared with them.

Thomas was predeceased by his loving mother, Carolyn Watson, his beloved sister, Gloria J Watson, his dear uncle, Johnny Jackson, and his cherished grandmother, Mea J Powell. Their memories were close to his heart and we believe that they now continue their journey together, watching over us with love and compassion.

Thomas was a man of faith and his spiritual beliefs were deeply entrenched in his compassionate nature. He taught us through his actions and his words that we should keep God and Jesus in our hearts, guiding us in our decisions and actions. He was not one to mince words, and his straightforward nature was tempered by a deep love for his fellow man. His greatest accomplishment was his education, which he used as a tool to help others and enrich his own life.

Apart from his family, Thomas’s greatest achievement was the kindness he shared with the world. He was a brother to us all, a symbol of benevolence and compassion. His legacy is a testament to a man who lived his life as a beacon of love and humanity. As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate his life, remembering the remarkable man that he was. His parting words resonate in our hearts: "I WILL MISS MY BROTHERS". We too will miss you, Thomas, and we thank you for the love, the lessons, and the memories you left behind.
