Not a story, really, more of a general reminisce. I worked with Toby as my "supervisor" with the emphasis on "super" at the SFU Pub over quite a few years. Toby was a lovely, lovely person and a great guy to work with. He was kind, compassionate, a great manager/operator and one Hell of a nice guy. He was funny and perceptive and had a gentle sarcasm for those who messed up although tending to leniency when dealing with them. Although I haven't seen him for a long, long time I treasure my memories of the time we spent together working and laughing and talking about everything under the sun.
