Thomas's obituary

Thomas Lee Stuteville passed away on November 1, 2021 in Kansas City, KS at the age of 48. 

Tom was a gentle giant with a kind heart, warm smile, and piercing blue eyes. He had the nickname "Tommy Blue Eyes" among his friends. He was a hard worker and an honest man. He was a lover, not a fighter. He was devoted to God, his family, and community. Tom was always cracking jokes and trying to make people smile. He'd help anyone, often providing shelter to friends and animals in need. Tom had a gentle spirit that blessed many people's lives. He will be missed greatly by his church, community, and loving family.

Tom was born in Leavenworth, KS on December 27, 1972. He grew up in Bucyrus, KS. He attended High school in Spring Hill, KS.

Tom is preceded in death by his mom Sharon Stuteville of Bucyrus, KS, grandparents Evelyn and Noah Barnes of Paola, KS, and Hazel and Everett Stuteville of Harlingen, TX. He is survived by his father, Roger Stuteville, and sisters, Salima and Shammara Stuteville, niece Ashley Stuteville and Nephew Nathaniel Stuteville. 

 Memorial Services will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021 at 10:00 am at Central United Methodist Church, 933 Argentine Blvd. KC, KS 66105. In Lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Central United Methodist Church, Tom's church and second home.

Golden Gate Funeral and Cremation in KC, MO will be handling Tom's cremation.
