Thomas Edmond Stewart went to be with his Lord and Savior on December 31st, 2022. Born in Illinois on March 4th, 1935, Tom served in the U.S. Navy where he earned Top Secret clearance, working in the radar room of his ship. He then went to college, using the money he had earned from his service in the Navy and there met his wife, Joyce Carol Stewart, who he was married to for the rest of his life. After college, Tom became a Certified Public Accountant before his second career as a business owner, co-owning and operating Honor Care Nursing Homes. He also bought and sold real estate and, together with his wife and son, owned Stewart Arabians, which trained and showed Arabians and National Show Horses. Tom is survived by his son, Mark Allyn Stewart, and his daughter-in-law, Ashley Lee Anne Stewart. Tom requested a private service which will be attended by his family.
