It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Thomas "Tommie" Spinner Sr., who departed this life on September 2, 2025. A man known for his kind-hearted nature, infectious humor, and love for the outdoors, Thomas was born on April 27, 1955, and lived a full, vibrant life.

Affectionately known as Tommie in certain circles, Thomas was a dedicated and beloved member of his family. He is survived by his loving wife, Sandra Spinner, who was always by his side. His legacy will live on through his sons, Kyree Spinner and Tommie Spinner Sr., and he was a cherished brother to Lashauna Spinner.

Thomas was a doting father-in-law to Keiwandra West-Spinner and India Spinner. He was a grandparent like no other to his grandsons, Kaiden Spinner and Tommie Spinner Jr., and his beloved granddaughter, Klynn Spinner. He was predeceased by his dear mother Bonnie Spinner, who nurtured in him the innate kindness and resilience that shone brightly throughout his life.

Thomas was a long-standing and passionate LA Lakers fan, and it was a common sight to see him cheering for his favorite team with gusto. His personality was best described as kind-hearted, outdoor friendly and amusing - qualities that endeared him to people wherever he went.

One of his most enduring passions was fishing. He also had an enthusiasm for cooking that was only surpassed by the joy he derived from sharing his meals with family and friends. His mirthful disposition, coupled with his wisdom, often found expression in his life's mantra, "Get right before you get left."

Though he will be deeply missed, his kind spirit, words of wisdom, and the memories of the good times will always live on in our hearts. The world has lost a beautiful soul, but his legacy will endure for generations to come.
