UPDATE TO THOMAS REMEMBER ME EVENT November 11, 2023 1p-3p

Ceremony includes a performance by the Carthage Choir, a memorial video viewing, decorating rocks to place around his bench, and sharing memories of Thomas together ♡ Please RSVP if you plan on attending. Thank you, we hope to see you there!

Thomas – Remember Me at Carthage College

Regardless of whichever way you will be coming from, you will be turning into Campus Drive from 32nd Division Memorial Hwy.

Take Campus Drive to the South Upper Lot (P7 on map). You can park in the South Upper Lot or the South Lower Lot (P8 on map). Look for “Visitor Parking.”

Once you park, you will walk up the stairs to the campus. Continue walking to the right on Campus Drive. You will walk past Johnson Tower (P25 on map) (Thomas's bench is located behind Johnson Tower), stay on Campus Drive. You will see “15 Minute Parking,” & once you pass that, you will turn left. The Potente Meditation Chapel (P27 on map) will be on your right.

1:00 pm – Meet at Potente Meditation Chapel (P27 on map)

1:15 pm – Meet at Thomas’s Memorial Bench (behind Johnson

                       Tower P25 on map)

1:20 pm – Choir will sing a song dedicated to Thomas

1:25 pm – Open Mic, you will be able to share a few words or

                       memories about Thomas

1:45 pm – Meet back at Potente Mediation Chapel for a

                       Memorial Video of Thomas

2:00 pm – Hot Cocoa & Cookies

2:15 pm – Create Message Rocks
