It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas Robert Rupp on January 19, 2024. Thomas was born on May 15, 1935 in Dubuque, Iowa to Joseph and Lillian (Winter) Rupp. He was the youngest of 5 children including: Rosemary, John, Jeanne and Margaret.
Thomas graduated from Loras College in Dubuque, served in the Marines and then got his post-graduate degree from Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria. He married Anne (Davis) …
