Tom's obituary
Updated Obituary provided by Crystal, Tom's partner of 5 years. This is how she knew him. She needed a couple days to gather her thoughts.
Tom, my Man, Best Friend and my Love. He was a good man, loved to laugh and have fun. Tom's sense of humor was what attracted me to him the first time we met, at The Amber, and I introduced myself to him. I said "Hi, I'm Crystal", he said "Hi, I'm Tom-ass", and I laughed harder than I had in years. He was a lighthearted man, and I never met anyone who didn't like him. He loved to play guitar and sing and was very creative. He was an outdoors guy; he loved the woods, the trees, loved to fish and talked about fishing often, as he owned and operated a trout farm for quite a few years. Listening to him talk about it, it was obvious he didn't consider running the trout farm a job, as it was something he really enjoyed doing. I never knew of him to lie; he was dead set on honesty. Always gentle with me, never a harsh word, but stubborn as they come. Just recently Tom accepted Christ Jesus as his Savior. I know now that his spirit is free, and he is no longer in pain. I loved him so very much, and he is greatly missed."
