I will always remember Tom (Tommy to me) as a dear friend who was kind and loving to everyone. He was one of the good guys! So proud of the amazing legacy he left with his beautiful family and all he did for Hilton Head. Rest in peace Tom ... you did good!!! Love from your high school BF Georgia Haas (Rossi)

So I recently moved to HHI and engaged Mr. Riley in a conversation over the origins of the HHI St. Patrick’s Day ☘️ Parade. He shared his story with a smile on his face. If you know then you know…
Coming to Hilton Head was something new for me…calling if you want say that. I say divine intervention.
I didn’t formally know Mr . Riley other than in passing but his Celtic Irishman demeanor made me feel though I was back in Ireland have an Craic with old friend.
I had to come to the pub and toast a fine Irishman who made you feel like family from the first meeting…
So I lift my glass of the finest Irish Whiskey… and stand at your nest at then end of the bar… and say: Go raibh síocháin siorraí ort, Agus go bhfeicimid a chéile arís ar neamh.
Thank you Sir for making me feel welcomed from my first day on the island.
Alastair Crosbie….your Scottish Friend .
Thank you for your kindness

Tom was a force. He accomplished so much in his lifetime. When you would come back for a visit he always would give you a warm “Welcome Home”!. He will be missed.
Thinking of Diane and their family.
