Thomas was survived by his wife Rosanna Marie Filbeck of suisun city Ca, His mother Judy Cobbs, and his brother Dwante Galope. Thomas was a long time resident of both Fairfield Ca, and Suisun city Ca all of his life. Thomas will ne greatly missed by everyone. His service information is forthcoming.
