Obituary

Thomas Phelps, 73, passed away on October 23, 2025, in Melbourne, Florida. 

Born on July 8, 1952, Thomas was a graduate of South Newton High school and later attended Indiana State University. He built a long and dedicated career at Alcoa Aluminum before retiring. 

Thomas is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Deborah Phelps, his daughter, April Law (Roger), and his son Matthew Phelps (Emily). He is also survived by his 6 cherished …
