Obituary
Thomas Noguchi, 81, of Portland, OR passed away peacefully on October 11, 2023, surrounded by his family and loved ones. Tom was born and raised in Hilo, on the Big Island of Hawaii. He graduated from Oregon State University and served in the United States Army for four years, with time spent stationed in Panama. He worked as an electrical engineer at Bonneville Power Administration for 42 years until he retired in 2007. Tom enjoyed …
