Personal note from Tom's Family

Hello everyone, this is Tom's wife Tracy. Sorry for the late note, but it's been a lot to deal with and its still an on-going process. Specially when its something so unexpected. First I wish to thank Alicia Hugh's and Joe Costlow for all the thing's they have helped me with on navigating thing's on Tom's work side, but they have gone above and beyond. Alicia has been such a dream on helping me with so many legalities when I couldn't figure out or think of how to get thing's moving forward on what needed to be done. She stepped up so much when finding out that Tom's was our central foundation and took care of me so much since I am fully disabled and 2 of our 4 kids were in the same boat and wondering how we will make it with now really no income coming in. We never ablied for any disabilities cause we were good on finances for so long, but we have learned the hard way that you never know when something so life changing happen's. Please learn from us and help those that you might leave behind.

When Alicia told me she was doing this for us and I stressed about even the large cost of cremation and being able to just bring Tom home again I cried. I told her I don't expect anything even though I knew every little penny helped me and the 3 kids who were still living at home. Then when she called me to let me know how fast the money grew in such a short time and how Tom's work family came together like this I couldn't help crying and told her that she doesn't even know how much this took at least a bit of the stress off my shoulder's and let me breath just a little bit.

Know that I am writing down each person's name who has chosen to lend a hand to our family to keep in a treasure box of thing's that have meaning with my time with Tom. For those who don't know, we had just gone over our 25 year mark of being together. Now I have to wonder and figure out how to move on without someone I have spent the most time living with.

Anyway I have more work to do, but wanted to get a note out to all those who have been there and is helping our family. You guy's are so incredible that sometimes I am lost for words. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Alway's,

Tracy and family

Hello Everyone, this is Tom's wife Tracy. Since Tom has requested cremation since the day I met him we are following that path, January 15, 2025 we will have our last goodbye's to this great man, husband, and father. We will walk with him to the cremation area following that. Tom wasn't one to want a lot of fuss made or have some big production, but would be so pleased to know how his work family has come around to support us in this unexpected event. I know that Tom's family has talked about a celebration of life event at some point and will let other's know in case any wish to come to that. Probably will be at his favorite pool hall since he was on 2 teams at 2 different spot's so I am not sure which, since he played on both teams with different siblings. From the bottom of my heart I thank everyone for what you have done for our family and it means the world to me, it was something I never even expected but has helped take some of the burden off me and the kids. Much Love to you, even though I never got to physically meet anyone I am still able to feel your kindness through all your words and thoughts on my Tom. Sincerely, Tracy and kids
