Dr. Thomas J. Lower, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, physician, and veteran, passed away peacefully on May 25, 2025, at the age of 77.
Born on September 29, 1947, Thomas (Tom) was the oldest son in a large Irish Catholic family of 13 children. He grew up in Parnell, Iowa, on the family farm and was a graduate of Williamsburg High School. A gifted and passionate athlete, Tom played sports year-round and earned a full …
