Thomas was born on October 25, 1952 to Napoleon and Mary Hart LaFountain in Plattsburgh, NY. Thomas graduated from Au Sable Valley High school in 1973.
After graduation, his family relocated to Schenectady, NY, he worked as a Fabricator for Diamond W Products Inc, until the company was sold and closed in March …
