Thomas Edward Kelley Sr. passed away on October 11, 2019, in Etowah TN, following an extended illness. Thomas was born in Harriman, TN, on March 10, 1940 to Charles and Emily Kelley. He was an Army Veteran, having served from 1958-1961. He was stationed in Germany with Elvis Presley.
