Obituary
Thomas Ray Jarrell passed away December 31, 2024. He was born on July 31, 1955, in Palo Alto, California, to Charles and Bessie Jarrell.
Tom spent his formative years in Vancouver before moving to Prindle, Washington. He attended Skamania Grade School and was a graduate of Stevenson High School, where he was a proud member of the football team.
In 1999, Tom met Della Baisden, beginning a loving partnership that would span decades. He was …
