Thomas's obituary

Tom (Duke) DeSanto 70  of Langhorne passed away on April 29th 2025 with all his siblings by his bedside to send him off to eternal rest. Born June 11th 1954 to Anthony and Elizabeth DeSanto. Tom grew up in Feasterville and along side  him, his identical twin Jerry. To all who knew them they were simply Tom &  Jerry who navigated life side by side, sharing a language  and understanding that only a twin could know.  Tom was a reflection of Jerry not just in looks,  but in spirit, a true partner in crime, best friends  and confident, thier childhood stories, unspoken understanding was a testament to their deep rooted bond. Dukes presence in Jerry's life was a gift, his absence leaving an unfillable void and an ache in the heart that time might soften. Tom  & Jerry still till this day,  shared  the same friends.   (THE VILLE BOYS).   Dukes warmth, wisdom,  and wit left a lasting mark on all who had the pleasure of knowing him.  For the last twenty years Tom was a proud member of Local 98 he was a outstanding electrician.  Precede in death by his parents,  his sister Dolores Gillespie , his brother in laws,  Neil Gillespie and Dick Sarrasin  and his nephew Tommy Gillespie.  He is survived by his loving wife of twenty years,  Donnajean, , Stepfather to her children and Pop to her grandchildren, he loved being a Pop.  Loving brother to Carol Sarrasin,  Anthony DeSanto (Carrie) Donnamarie Snodgrass (John), and Jerry DeSanto (Joann) Uncle to Neil, Denise, Lisa, Mike, Laurie, Tony, Jen, Mike,,Alyse ,Joe, Krystie and Nick. They will cherish all the yearly family vacations they had shared with him,  and remember the twins favorite quote (There's nothing wrong with a sandwich at midnight) The lost of  Duke is simply felt by all who knew him., so as we mourn his passing we also celebrate the joyful life he led,  cherishing the precious moments we shared with him,  Duke will sincerely be missed and his spirit will forever remain in our hearts.                                           May he rest in peace.
