Thomas Matthew Clemons, 31, of Port Richey, Florida passed unexpectedly on June 27, 2021. We are devastated by this loss and completely unprepared.
Born on October 25, 1989 to Landis Clemons (Ender), Thomas Matthew immediately filled the lives of those around him with joy.
