On September 13th 2023 Thomas Stephen Bullock, known by friends and family as Tom, or Tommy-B, took his final breaths, surrounded in care by those who loved him. In the days that followed, the skies grew dark, emulating the sorrow felt by all who loved him, and rain cleansed the beautiful state he called home.
