[Thomas Ernest Bernhardt] went home to Jesus on [May 28, 2021] at age [78].

Tom was born to Ernest and Carol Bernhardt on May 11, 1943 in Minneapolis St. Paul, Mn. As a child, [description of childhood activities].

Tom met his sweetheart, Rosalee in [year they met] at [place they met]. They married June 7, 1964 and went on to have 6 children, Rachel, Eric, Jared, Becky, Chad, and Nathan. [Any major moves]

In addition to being a dedicated and loving father, Tom also loved talking and visiting with everyone. Throughout his entire life, he was a Godly man, and he showed b example of unconditional love and respect to others. Everyone loved Tom. He was always friendly and kind to everyone. He had "friends" every where he went. Mr. Social Butterfly his family would call him. Grandkids thought he knew everyone every where he went. Wow....Grandpa has so many friends!!

Tom joins his son Nathan, parents Ernest and Carol and brother Jim in Heaven. He is survived by his wife Rosalee, children Rachel, Eric, Jared, Becky, Chad, 13 Grandchildren, and 6 Great Grandchildren.
