It's been 2 years exactly since I watched you take your last breath, I love you dad. I hope you are at peace and I will see you again one day. I miss you
I couldn’t share more after Toms passing, I was upset. I met him in the “center” ( which I always called it the “joint”. We had such a special connection. He was very smart, funny and my friend. We talked about everything. I had to leave Mich and move to Seattle. That wasn’t something that thrilled Tom; but he was always cool. I loved every minute we shared together. He was intelligent, hilarious; and loving. I “talk” to him everyday. Peace &Love~ Sara
I first met Tom at National Broach where he was brought in as a contractor. He was a very good worker and the most knowledgable worker in Autocad. We both learned to play darts at work. That was our biggest lunchtime pastime. Later we got on the various dart leagues in the area. Sometimes the leagues were traveling leagues where you shoot at different bars, sometimes they were house leagues always at the same bar. Tom was always a good partner you could count on.
I was young when Tom lived down the street from me. He was 3 years older than me. I remember taking him to my parents house on Lake Orion when I was 19. The most important thing Tom taught me was to be myself and to question everything. "Question Everything" My parents, music, religion, people and to not base my identity on people places or things. an example is Just because a few guys around me all like fishing does not mean I have to go fishing or be into it just to get acceptance. Once I started doing what Tom taught me, I found myself and somehow I was different from a lot of people around me even though I had some of the same interests. We were different and at a young age we were into so may things like philosophy and had long discussions. I miss those days when people really had to know how to play an instrument and write songs. I don't know if Tom ever shared some of those 1970's memories with his kids but they were some awesome times.
My name is Randy Senn and I grew up with the Williams family in Madison Heights Michigan. I miss those days and wondered what ever happened to all of the Williams family. I was friends with Tom and John and learned so much from them as a teen. Tom was so talented and was a fantastic Artist. He did many paintings I wish I could of had. I am now 70 and live in Dothan Alabama.
