The Memorial Service for Therese (Martin) Rouillard will be Friday,May 1, 2026, in Bristol, Connecticut. A funeral mass will be held at 10:30 AM at Saint Ann's Church in Bristol. Born in Ste. Basile, New Brunswick, Canada on August 25, 1931, Therese was the fourth of thirteen children born to Louie and Cecile Martin. In 1953 she moved to Connecticut, shortly after, she met Maurice Rouillard in Hartford, CT. where she took his hand in marriage on May 28, 1955. Therese cherished being a homemaker, and created special memories being a wonderful mother to her three children: Helene, Raymond, and Marc. Through the years family members from Canada moved to Bristol and Therese took the role of supportive matriarch. Through her quiet spirit, she demonstrated a servant heart to each and every one. Her household became the daily hub for making precious memories of fun, food, and fellowship. Therese was affectionately named Memem by her grandchildren whom she adored. In 2003, she moved to Port Orange, Florida, to reside with her daughter Helene Saucier and husband James. She was forever lending a helping hand and dearly loved by her family and friends. She met her Lord and Savior at the age of 94 on November 12, 2025. Burial will follow the service at Saint Joseph Cemetery, Terryville, Ave., Bristol, Connecticut. She is survived by her children, Helene Saucier (James) Port Orange, FL, Raymond Rouillard (Kim) Hermitage, PA, Marc Rouillard, Milford. CT.,

6 grandchildren, Krista Carlton (Seth) Port Orange, Ashley Saucier, Port Orange, FL. Kara Malony (Robert) Daytona Beach, FL, Melissa Muniz (Antonio) Kensington CT, Nicholas Rouillard Virginia Beach, VA, Ian Rouillard (Bethany) Hermitage, PA., and 9 great-grandchildren, Silas, Lily, and Ward Carlton, Sawyer Saucier, Finn Webb, Rhett and Everly Malony, Mateo, and Miles Muniz.

Living siblings include Yolande Sylvain, Bristol, CT, Louiselle Theriault Moncton, NB, Canada, Mariette Konscol, Manalopan, NJ, Romeo Martin (Gloria) Bristol, CT, Real Martin (Rejeanne) Grand Falls, NB, Canada, Edmay Desjardins (Jacques) of Pelham, NH. Therese is preceded in death by husband Maurice Rouillard, siblings Lionel Martin, Jean-Paul Martin (Cecile),

Rose-Aimee Burke (Bill), Aurore Proulx, Alberte Plourde (Germain), and Helene Martin.
