Theresa Lynn Wiseman (March 19, 1964 - February 12, 2025)
Theresa Lynn Wiseman, a devoted mother, grandmother, and pillar of her community, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2025, at The Pickering House in Lancaster, Ohio, after a courageous battle with Stage 4 lung cancer.
Theresa's greatest joy was being a mother, and she took immense pride in supporting her children unconditionally, no matter what path they chose in life. Her unwavering love, acceptance, and encouragement inspired her children to be their authentic selves, and she was always there to offer a listening ear, a comforting hug, and a reassuring presence.
In her later years, Theresa dedicated herself to raising her beloved grandchildren, Andrianna and Marley. For the past twelve years, she selflessly devoted her time, energy, and love to caring for them. They were her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Her love, guidance, and support helped shape them into the bright, curious, and compassionate individuals they are today.
Theresa is survived by her father, Howard "Bud" Wiseman Sr.; brothers, Howard "Buddy" Wiseman Jr. and Mark Wiseman; sister, Tanya Primmer; children, Timothy (Amber Hazelwood) Azbell, Jason Azbell, Dreama Azbell, and Misty Azbell; Special long-time friend, Richard Mathews; grandchildren, Aubrie, Ava, Andrianna, Marley, Greyson, and baby Carter; and many loving nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy "Dottie" (Horn) Primmer; sister, Cheryl Beatty; and brothers, Anthony "Tony" Primmer and Matthew Primmer.
Theresa's passions included crafting and spending quality time with her loved ones. She was famous for her holiday gatherings, where her traditional sauerkraut and pork dish was always a hit.
A caring cremation will be performed by Leaf Crematory in Columbus, Ohio. A celebration of life ceremony will be held at a later date, where friends and family can gather to share stories and memories of Theresa's life.
Theresa's selfless love, generosity, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy will live on through the countless lives she touched.
