Theresa Corine Schrader Coats, 59 of Eaton Rapids, passed away on April 18, 2026 after battling metastatic breast cancer to the bones and liver for a little over a year.

Theresa graduated from Webberville high school in 1985. She worked at the Colonial Bar for many years before she went to Northwood University to earn her master in business administration. Theresa beat breast cancer in 2014 and started to find her love for running. She was always up to watch an MSU game, going to concerts with her girl friends or going to the Wharton Center with her family.

Theresa is survived by her life partner Scott Cole and her children Hunter Reynolds, Mark Cole, Abby Cole, and Jackson King. As well as her brothers Louis Schrader and Chris Schrader (Shirley).

A Celebration of Life, “Theresa Style” will be held on May 15, 2026 at the American Legion in Charlotte Michigan.
