Background
On Thursday, 04/14/22, we unexpectedly lost our beautiful mother, Theresa Singley Milligan. Always smiling, Theresa filled the lives of those around her with so much light and love. Living with a compromised immune system, she was vulnerable to an underlying infection and did not suffer.
