Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Theresa R. Carter was called home peacefully July 3, 2025 at her Grandy home. She graced the lives of her family and friends for 77 years. Theresa's four children are honoring their mother's personal preference for the simplicity of cremation. There are no plans for services at this time.
