Theresa Miller, 63 (42 if you asked her), of Jasper, AL, unexpectedly passed away on December 26, 2022.

Theresa was born on March 29, 1959 in Pensacola, Florida. After graduating Escambia County High School, she moved to Alabama and had her son, Jeffrey. Theresa was a loving mother and her son’s #1 fan. Theresa was the loudest voice in the room and always had a knack for making people laugh. Theresa loved the beach, Alabama football, and all animals (especially her cats). 

Theresa raised her only son in Pelham, AL and taught him many things, something  he is forever grateful for. She sacrificed to make time for his many sporting events and she made sure everyone knew she was Jeffrey Robert Miller’s mother, something she always took great pride in. Theresa never met a stranger and would converse with any and everyone.  

Theresa eventually moved to Jasper, Al where she began to work at Hobby Lobby. There she met many people that not only became friends, but family. Unfortunately, Theresa had multiple open heart surgeries and had to stop working. Over the last couple years Theresa’s health deteriorated and she struggled a lot with pain; however, that never dampened her spirit. She loved our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and when she couldn’t make it to church she enjoyed watching Gardendale Baptist on television. 

Theresa is survived by her son, Jeffrey Miller, her two sisters, Wanda Seals and Faye Woodard, and her brother Jeff Folmer. Theresa will be cremated with a memorial service to follow at a later date.
