Theresa Marie Flowers, 56 of Oklahoma City and previously of Annapolis, Maryland, passed away on September 20th 2023 at Oklahoma Heart Hospital South. Theresa was employed by Edmond Public Schools and previously by Putnam City Schools, Color Rite, and Applause Studios. Theresa enjoyed being present for all of her children’s activities and often took it further by supporting her nieces and nephews in their activities, friends of her children’s, and the students at the dance studio she often worked at. She enjoyed her final career of being a Special Education Assistant in Edmond Public Schools and getting to work with special needs students wanting to give back in more positive ways since watching her children pursue careers teaching and supporting students. Theresa enjoyed life with her husband and best friend, Craig, making a point to have movie dates and spend quality time together. She also enjoyed traveling to visit her son in Austin and Los Angeles and creating memories with her family. Her husband and children will miss her physical presence in future milestones, but are comforted to know her spirit will continue to live through them and her future grandchildren. Theresa was preceded in death by her parents William Cleary Sr. and Ethel Cleary of Oklahoma City, previously of Annapolis, Maryland and her son Craig Flowers Jr of Oklahoma City. She is survived by her loving husband Craig of 27 years of Oklahoma City, previously of Annapolis, Maryland, two children Victoria Flowers of Oklahoma City and Gabriel Flowers of Austin, Texas, previously of Oklahoma City. She is also survived by her brothers; Charlie and wife Angie Cleary of Oklahoma City, as well as Steve and wife Kristin Cleary of Mustang, Oklahoma, and a whole host of nieces, nephews, and extended family.
