Theresa's obituary
She was born Theresa Annunciata Giannattasio on March 25, 1932, in Solofra, Italy, the only child of Michele Giannattasio and Mary (Pisani). She grew up in Staten Island, NY.
Theresa married Dr. Filippo DiSanto of Castelvenere, Italy, in 1954, and moved to Verona, NJ. They later settled in Elizabeth, NJ, on East Jersey St, where he opened his practice, and she managed his office. She was predeceased by her husband in 1981; she then moved to Cranford, where she lived for more than thirty years, before relocating to Iselin three years ago.
Theresa will be missed by her loving family: daughter Emilia and her husband, Jeffrey Ranney, and son Anthony and his wife, Elaine; as well as her beloved grandchildren, Morgan and Jeffrey DiSanto-Ranney, and Phillip, Anthony, and Andrea DiSanto.
She leaves behind numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
