Theresa  Ann (Hoover) Levin, born in Binghamton, NY, spent her childhood in Rotterdam, NY.  A graduate of Mohonasen High School and the University at Albany.  Theresa was a Regents Scholarship recipient.  Wife of Bruce Levin, married on June 23, 1974.  a cherished wife and friend, passed away peacefully on February 7, 2019. Mother of Brian Levin, Eli Levin and Jared Levin(who predecessor her).  Born on June 20, 1952, Theresa led a life full of warmth and generosity, leaving an indelible imprint on all who knew her.  She taught English at both the middle school and college level.  She loved writing and particularly technical writing in her position as Warren County NY purchasing agent until the time of her retirement.  

She is remembered fondly for her spirited nature and enduring optimism, traits that helped her meet life's challenges with grace and fortitude. Theresa's sense of humour and nurturing spirit will stay long in the hearts of those who loved her.

Theresa is survived by her beloved husband, Bruce Levin formerly of Lake George, NY and currently of The Villages, FL. A celebration of Theresa's life was held at Temple Shalom in Ixford FL.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Theresa's memory to Temple Shalom’s Rabbi Discretionary Fund.
