Denise McNeill

Ted was generous in his own way. He gave liberally to our church. He didn’t like to see anyone suffer because they didn’t have money to do something important for themselves. He was reasonable if you came to him with facts and figures that made sense to him. He would decide and tell you why whichever way he decided.
