Theodore Ellington Kirby "Teddy", was born November 10, 1960 to Richard and the late Jacqueline Kirby.
Teddy was born and raised in Washington DC and attended DC public school. He married Janet Mavus Brown on 00/00/0000, in maryland. He worked as a warehouse clerk for D.O.T. Teddy was a social butterfly who lived life to the fullest, he loved to help people and lent a hand to anyone in need. He was a jack of all trades and enjoyed repairing everything, Teddy loved bike riding, fishing, swimming, long walks and not to forget his cartoons. He loved making people laugh with his unique since of humor,
He was bold, courages, compassionate, genuine, very kind hearted, and resilient. He survived by his wife, Janet; daughter, Theodora; sister, India Kirby
