On February 16th, 2024 Theodora Elise Mills passed away from complications from Timothy Syndrome, following a cardiac arrest, on the morning of February 6th. She was surrounded by family during her final moments.

She was the daughter of Reece Mills and Courtney Waller, of Chandler AZ, and sister to Taylor Mills, Hayley Mills, Kiegan Mills, Eli Waller, Eleanor Waller and Henry Mills.

In 2013, the year Theodora was born, she was only expected to live 3 years. She exceeded expectations in every area of her life. Even though Timothy Syndrome affected every part of her body function, she never complained. She truly lived her life as if she was invincible, continuing to defy odds year after year.

Theodora loved hiking, and making videos. She could often be found learning dances to her favorite songs and recording her thoughts for a future YouTube channel. She was fond of the mountains from a young age, which she had affectionately named “rock rocks” on her first hike at the age of 2. She had hiked all over the United States, including, Hoh Rainforest, Devil’s Tower, and Camelback Mountain. Small for her age, she was known to push herself farther and more fearlessly than anyone thought possible.

She aspired to be a doctor and loved to tell her family all the facts she knew about the human body. She would play doctor, often prescribing us “love” for our ailments, or performing pretend EKGs on her older siblings. She was well loved by her classmates and known for her humor, and the ability to make people laugh. She greeted every day with enthusiasm and joy for the decade she was on Earth.

Theodora’s infectious smile, fierceness, and humor will be missed by all who knew her.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Harter Park, in Chandler AZ, on April 12, 2024 at 4:30pm, beneath her favorite tree.
