Mississippi Center for Justice helps historically underserved Black families in Mississippi protect their generational land from predatory practices like forced sales, allowing them to maintain ownership and build wealth across generations, which is often threatened due to complex inheritance issues with unclear land titles on heirs' property.

Ted wanted to ensure that ownership and title to the family land in Mississippi would be secure for future generations. The land is heirs' property and vulnerable to exploitation and takings.

The Mississippi Center for Justice helps families like Ted's resolve these issues and preserve the properties and homes that they sacrificed to acquire and preserve. Contribute to Mississippi Center for Justice
