Jennifer and I are so sorry to hear of Thad’s passing. He was such a joy to be around and loved his laughter. Sending many hugs and prayers. May you find peace that passes understanding.

Who doesn't love Thad Roach? Everyone that ever knew him. He was and is my favorite cousin. Even though I was intimated by his big confident personality as a little girl -- I knew I always admired him even before I knew what that was!? One could not help but have a smile when with him. And Tom and I were blessed and fortunate to be called family AND friend . He will always be missed and I absolutely know he will be right there on my day with our Lord with his ever present big smiley face! To the family - know we share your sadness as you learn to let him go....and I know you too, know he is only in the "next room" waiting....love you all,
Bibbi and Tom Anderson

The Cards loved Thad Roach! We knew him as a selfless, caring FUN, warm and wonderful man! When asked to utilize his woodworking skills (redoing faculty lounge and multi purpose room at SWMS), he was quick to show up and accomplish an arduous task! He was meticulous in his work, always producing a perfect product! When he ate his lunch at the worksite, he would always brag on his salad that Sally made so full of healthy vegetables and chopped so finely! He was so proud of her!!! The Roaches are very longtime precious friends, whom we met through MDPC when Hayley and Thad were young! What a special family…always serving and caring for others! Thad will be sorely missed but we know that his life was an inspiration and we are so thankful for his friendship! The greatest blessing is to think of him at peace and no longer suffering! We pray that God wraps his arms around this family especially Sally, Thad and Hayley as we all mourn his passing together!

Dear Sally and family,
Bill and I are so sad to know that Thad is no longer with us, but join with you in the peace that comes from the knowledge that he is now with Jesus and all the loved ones that passed before him. He will be sorely missed by those of us still earthbound. He was a wonderful, warm, loving man and friend. Praying for you all daily and sending love.
Love, Debbie and Bill Foe

Thad was a great friend for over 40 years. I will always remember our many ski trips, woodworking projects, summers in Colorado, grilling different recipes and fun times spent with our kids growing up. He was truly a class act. I will sincerely miss him.
