Terry was predeceased by his wife of 25 years Theresa J Culshaw, his parents Terrance Lee Culshaw Sr and Dorothy June (Thomas) Culshaw, his brother William (Bill) Culshaw, 2 sisters Diane Cruz and Tracy Morrison. He is survived by his sisters Tammy Jubala and Husband Tim Jubala of Anderson Mo, Jodi Pyle and husband Randy Pyle of Calvin Kentucky, Kelli House of Springfield, Shelli Morgan and husband Kenny Morgan of Panama Oklahoma. Brother-in-Law, Tim Morrison of Rogers Ark and David Cruz of Chicago.
