Terri Ann Zbysinski, age 58, of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, May 30th, 2023, at Touro Hospital in New Orleans after a two-day spinal operation.
Mrs. Zbysinski was born at Memorial Hospital in Gulfport, MS, on March 14th, 1965, and has lived on the MS Gulf Coast all her life. She graduated from Gulfport High School, learning Latin along with other subjects. She worked the longest as an office manager at the Biloxi Housing Authority before disability. Mrs. Zbysinski was a devout catholic, exemplified by her actions of teaching friends and family about religion, saying the rosary every day at 3:00 p.m., her adoration for Divine Mercy, spending much of her time watching Catholic channels and listening to Catholic podcasts and more. Outside of her strong faith, she was a loving wife as well as a passionate mother. Despite Mrs. Zbysinski’s life-long serious medical conditions she committed most of her energy and time to raising her only child. Additionally, she enjoyed being a caring cat mom, a lover of fine coffee, an enjoyer of local food, and a fervent bargain hunter.
Mrs. Zbysinski was preceded in death by her father, Arnold Hugh Martin, and her younger brother, Billy Joe Martin.
She is survived by her mother, Shirley Ann Martin; her older brother, Raymond Lewis Martin; her husband of 34 years, Tony Joseph Zbysinski, Jr.; and her 24-year-old son, Tony Joseph Zbysinski III.
The family would like to extend a strong thank you to all relatives, friends, acquaintances, and many strangers who have enriched and supported Terri’s life throughout all her years.
A special thank you is offered up to all the medical professionals that assisted her through life’s various challenges, especially those of Touro Hospital’s ICU-3 unit who worked tirelessly to help her in her final days.
