Terri Lynn Ballard passed away on December 19, 2018. She is survived by her 5 children, Rachel Allan, Michelle Parks, David Pratt, Thomas Kittrell and Crystal Kittrell, her 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother, friend and sister.
