Terri's obituary
Terri Sue lived in Englewood, Florida from her youth into adulthood before settling in Arcadia, FL where she raised her family. Terri was a licensed Cosmetologist for over 40 years while simultaneously managing the local Payless Shoe Source for more than 25 years. Once retired, she briefly lived in Dallas, Texas to be with her Daughter, Amy, while she started her own family. Wanting to be closer to her sister, Martha, Terri moved to Dunlap, TN, Where she resided until her passing.
Terri enjoyed many things, such as spending the day at the beach basking in the sun, collecting seashells and anything Tropical Fish, putting together a good puzzle, and enjoying her Beautiful Flowers. Her Greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family, and watching her Grandchildren blossom.
There are many ways to describe who Terri was as a person, but what readily comes to mind is her Beauty. Not just the outward beauty, which was undeniable, but the inner light that attracted so many. Her essence was as beautiful as a perfect sunset on the beach that she loved so well. Her Giggle was infectious. Her Smile was a beacon of light, and her genuine love for others was felt by those who had the privilege of knowing her.
She will forever be cherished by her loving Family: Daughter, Amy Schale of Sarasota, Fl. Son, Bruce (Wally) Griffin of Arcadia, Fl. Grandchildren: Chloe, Lily, and Bella Schale of Sarasota, Fl., Caden Griffin of Arcadia, FL, Aniya and Averleigh Griffin of Arcadia, Fl. Sister: Martha (Jim) Phillips of Dunlap, Tn., Nephews; David Holt of Englewood, Fl., Jamie Christian of Dunlap, Tn. Nieces: Carolyn (Keith) Cole of Sylacauga, Al., Kathy (Chris Klingel) Holt of Arcadia, Fl., Brenda (Julie Bergy) Holt of Bulls Gap, Tn., Cynthia (Kyle Carlson) Scott of Punta Gorda, Fl., Pamela (Richard) Farwell of Arcadia, Fl., and a host of loving Great-nieces and Great-nephews.

The family has a Celebration of Life planned for a later date.
