I remember this very nice lady fro. Payless! She was always so nice. My daughter was little and when we'd come in there she would always help if I was looking for shoes myself she'd keep my daughter busy so I could try shoes on, and if I was looking for my daughter, she would always tell her how pretty her shoes were since it was a fight to get those darn pink cowboy boots off of her! She was always so nice. Sending Prayers for her family.
