Background
We were blessed with a beautiful boy 7/30/25 and he graced us with his presence for a wonderful five months. He was called to the lord 1/14/26 due to birth complications that lingered. He was bubbly had the biggest rosy cheeks. He was a fighter. He survived 50 days in PICU at chop Philadelphia. We love him and miss him. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you
