Tres's obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa Vagt Stich on October 9, 2023. Known affectionately by many as Tres, she was a beacon of light born on September 26, 1950, whose spirit touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Tres' funny, witty, and caring personality was a constant source of joy to all. Her family and friends relished her company, appreciating her selfless nature and friendly demeanor, even though she was often shy. Her life was enriched with noble lessons that she passionately shared; lessons of showing love, being strong, and recognizing the importance of family that will resonate with us forever.
Her greatest accomplishments, and comfort, were her husband, children and grandchildren. Tres enjoyed traveling the world with the love of her life of 47 years, who never left her side especially during her final battle. As a loving mother to her daughters, she was the pillar of strength and the epitome of love. As a grandmother, she was the storyteller, the keeper of traditions, showing us how valuable these bonds are. She loved playing games with family and friends and crafting.
The legacy she leaves behind is one centered around the importance of traditions and tenacity. Her message of "traditions are important and don't give up" will remain etched in our hearts, and be passed down through generations. Tres' unwavering spirit and love for her family will forever be a guiding light.

Her memory will live on as we continue to uphold the values she taught us, the love she shared, and the laughter she brought to our lives. As we remember Tres, we celebrate a life well-lived, full of love, generosity, and unforgettable moments.
