She held a cherished role as a nurse for many years, a profession she selflessly dedicated herself to with unending compassion. Her life was a living testament to her belief in keeping life simple and enjoying every moment, lessons that she imparted to her loved ones and those around her.
Teresa is survived by her Mother, Joann May; Brother, Dwayne Flora; Son, Adam and wife Ashley LaFratte along with three Grandkids, Landen LaFratte, Shawn White and Jordan White. Though her absence leaves an irreplaceable void, the memories and lessons she shared will continue to thrive through her surviving family and all who had the privilege to know her.
Her lasting legacy is one of kindness and generosity, a testament to a life lived with an open heart and an unwavering willingness to help others.
A Celebration of Life for Teresa will take place on June 22, 2024, at 2:00 PM. The gathering will be held at her son Adam LaFratte's house 480 Turnberry Drive Charles Town, WV. 25414 where she lived her remaining months with her Husband, Son and family. As her last wish was to celebrate her and her husband Barry's 50th wedding anniversary, this beautiful reunion can now occur as they are together once more.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made to Tunnel To Towers or American Diabetes Association, two causes that held a special place in Teresa's heart. Contributions can be made at https://t2t.org/donate https://everloved.com/life-of….
Though Teresa has left us in body, her spirit will forever live on in the hearts of those she left behind. As we move forward, we carry with us her lessons of simplicity and joy, and her legacy of kindness and generosity.
