It is with great sadness that we announce that Teresa Darlene Johnston , loving wife and mother, passed away at home at age 62, of congestive heart failure.                                                                                                            Teresa was born on January 28th, 1960 in Urbana Ohio to Ralph and Joyce (Glass) Harness.                                                                                                                                As a young woman she worked with horses, including as a trail guide. Later she worked at newspapers, most recently the Spokesman-Review as a Packaging Assistant.                                                                                       She loved her yard and garden, numerous crafts and hobbies, camping, fishing, sleeping in her truck, and animals. Especially her dear, departed dog Buster. May they walk together forever.                                                                                    Teresa was a kind and supportive friend to many. Several people would tell you she kept them alive by helping them through a crisis.            She is preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Joyce Harness. She is survived by her husband, Ron, four children, Sandra Harness, Clarissa Harness, And Ronald Baltierrez of Spokane and Dustin Baltierrez of Urbana, Ohio , thirteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren,  two sisters, Dianne (Don) VanHoose of Springfield, Ohio  and Regina (Chuck) of Waterloo, Iowa, and several cousins, nieces and nephews.           A  graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 24th at 2:30 pm at Fairmount Memorial Park, 5200 W Wellesley Ave.
