Ms. Teresa Kaye Hall, age 60, passed away peacefully Thursday October 24 2024 at Wetumpka Health and Rehabilitation following an extended illness.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday November 3, 2024 at Cooter’s Pond Park Pavilion.

Ms. Teresa was born August 14, 1964 in Houston County the daughter of Lloyd Aussie Hall and Mary Lou Grant. She was of Christian faith. She was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a dedicated CNA prior to her diagnosis of ALS.

She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Cheryl; grandson Cannon

Survivors include: son, Jason Reiley (Tara), Webb, daughter Ashleigh Reiley Schlemmer (Ben), Prattville;

6 grandchildren, Slade, Lila and Talon Reiley; Keane, Breck and Tyleigh Schlemmer; several cousins; in laws Norman and Rhonda Schlemmer and family

Liberty Mortuary of Wetumpka has been entrusted with her cremation.
