Teresa's obituary
Teresa (Tracy) DeWitt, lovingly known for her warm heart and vivacious spirit, peacefully passed away on April 7, 2025. Born on July 13, 1963, Teresa was a beacon of love, strength, and positivity throughout her life.
Her radiant personality left an indelible mark on everyone she met. Those who knew Teresa were blessed to have known her kindness, her infectious laughter, and the unwavering love she had for her family and friends. Her memory will forever be cherished by the many lives she touched.
Teresa is survived by her devoted husband, Larry DeWitt, and her loving daughters, Ashley and Alexandra DeWitt. Her legacy will continue to live through them, and in the lessons she imparted on love, resilience, and generosity. She was a devoted wife and mother, whose incandescent spirit overflowed into every role she played in her family's life.
She is predeceased by her beloved parents, Thaddeus (Teddy) Chlebek and Gertrude Chlebek, as well as her dear sister, Deborah (Debbie) Chlebek. She consistently carried the values and teachings of her parents, and her strong bond with her sister was a testament to her devotion towards her family.
Teresa's passing leaves a void that can never be filled. Her love and spirit will forever be missed by her husband, children, cousins, and lifelong friends. While the sorrow may be profound, comfort is found in the beautiful memories she created, the love she shared, and the wonderful life she lived. Her memory will forever be a guiding light.
