Teresa Perez de Hernandez, lovingly known as “Celia” or “Teresita” to her childhood friends, has been called home. She was born on October 15, 1951, the eldest child to Teodora Rubio and Dolorez Perez in the Mexican state of Guanajuato. In the late 1970s, Teresa made her way to Anaheim, California, where she built a beautiful life with her husband, Domingo Hernandez Gallegos.
