Teresa's obituary

It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of:

Teresa Lyn Weems, a beloved mother, daughter, and grandmother, whom will be profoundly missed by many.

She passed away peacefully on November 21, 2024 in La Grande, Oregon, with her son Jerad and friends by her side. Teresa was born to Gary and Maureen in Long Beach, CA on February 4, 1963.

She was an extraordinary woman who consistently wore a smile, even during the most challenging times. Until her final moments, her thoughts were focused on the well-being of those around her rather than herself. Her unconditional love touched the lives of everyone she encountered. Her absence will be deeply felt. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and the La Grande community for their unwavering support during her life and following her passing. May you rest in peace Mom, until we are reunited once more.

Our beloved Mother is proceeded in death by her father (Gary) and brother (Greg).

She is survived by her mother (Maureen), sister (Denise), brother (Zeke), children Jeremy (Jordan), Josh (Mikal), Jason (Jessica), Jerad (RaeVonne), Eric, and grandchildren: Mason, Brody, Maxwell, Makenzie, Jason, Declan, and Zayden.

The celebration of life will be on November 30, 2024, in La Grande, Oregon at 4pm at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Address:

1802 Gekeler Ln

La Grande, OR 97850
