Sadly Teresa Denielle Rochelle Conley, passed away the evening of October 2nd in Vancouver, Washington at 36 years old. She was born on November 11, 1986. She had went to school and grew up most of her life in Long Beach, Washington. Teresa's 'Celebration of Life' will be held on November 4th, 2023 3:00 pm at The Sunset Sands Community Center in Ocean Park, Washington. 98640. 20419 Birch Ln. Ocean Park, WA

Food and Beverages will be served after service.
